Our personalized skincare treatments include deep relaxation coupled with skin analysis, double cleansing, steaming, exfoliation, gentle extractions, nose-hair trimming, age rejuvenation masques, face and neck massage, toning, moisturizing and we finish with a restorative eye and lip treatment. Day Spa Policies
- We look forward to your visit and providing you with a deeply relaxing experience. In order to ensure that you get the particular day and time you want, we suggest you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible.
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and changing. For "new" clients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for "new" client welcome.
- Anita's Skin & Body Care reserves appointment times exclusively for each client. We are committed to being here to serve you and ask that you honor your commitment to us as well. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 8 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible via telephone call or text.
- Our goal is to provide you with a tranquil and stress-reducing experience. Therefore, we suggest that you turn your cellular phone to vibrate.
- We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX. In the unlikely event that a check is returned, there will be a 'return check' fee of $25.00.
- Anita's Skin & Body Care's Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service. Lost Gift Certificates are not replaceable.
- All product returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase for credit only.
- Children under twelve are not allowed in the treatment room nor may they be left alone in the reception area.
- When purchasing skincare products or personalized Gift Certificates via email or telephone, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. All items are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping and handling fees will be determined based on purchase.
